Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if you receive a wrong item, damaged/defective product, or a missing item in your order. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, opened or used products, allergy/skin reactions, or sale/discounted items.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued as store credit only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window: We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if you receive a wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect, or if an item is missing from your parcel.


Required Proof: To process an exchange, customers must provide their order number, a mandatory unboxing video, and clear photos showing the issue. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.


Not Eligible for Exchange: Exchanges will not be accepted for used or opened products, items damaged after delivery, change of mind, fragrance/perfume allergies, skincare reactions, or clearance/sale items.


Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, the product must be returned to our address via courier. After we receive and inspect the item, a replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability).

FAQ's

1. Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, you must return the item to our address, and once received, we will ship a replacement.

2. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to return it via any courier service, and once we receive it, we will dispatch a new replacement (subject to stock availability).

3. Do electronic items come with a warranty?

Yes, electronic items sold by The Brands Club include check warranty.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the product received is incorrect or damaged.
In the rare case that you receive:

  • A wrong product (not what you ordered), or
  • A damaged product

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as delivered

The customer is required to return the product to our provided address using any courier service of their choice.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A new replacement product will be shipped to you, or
  • If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Please note: Replacement will only be processed after we receive the returned item.

  • Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and are shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

📬 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🔍 Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Please provide accurate shipping details. HYPD is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or courier issues.
  • If a parcel is returned due to the customer being unreachable, re-shipping charges will apply.
